The best-known and most beautiful hikes in Kufsteinerland are the 4-lakes-trail (easy), hiking tour through the picturesque Kaisertal, trip with the Kaiserlift (starting point for many other tours) and hiking tour on the nearby mountain Pendling.
Jump into the water for a short while to cool down. You can do this both in the outdoor swimming pool in Kufstein and in one of our numerous lakes. The Hechtsee, Stimmersee, Kieferersee or the slightly cooler Hintersteinersee in Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser are well-known for swimming fun. Also in winter swimming enthusiasts can enjoy themselves in the indoor pools ‘Hallo Du’ in Ebbs or ‘Innsola’ in Kiefersfelden.
Climbers can enjoy themselves in one of the climbing and boulder halls nearby (Wörgl, St. Johann, Kitzbühel) or directly in nature.
Cycling is a real pleasure in the Kufsteinerland region – numerous bike tours take you to the most beautiful places in the region. Discover the massif of the Kaiser Mountains, visit one of our beautiful alpine pastures or follow the Inn cycle path upstream towards Innsbruck or across the border into the neighbouring Bavarian Lake District.

Only 15 minutes by car from our hotel, more than 288 km of perfectly prepared slopes await you in the ski resort Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser.
Departure possible in Söll, Scheffau, Ellmau, Hopfgarten or Itter. The ski ticket can be purchased on site at the valley stations.
Sledgers can enjoy themselves too: get to the starting point of your sledging adventure either on foot or by lift. You will reach the Kalaalm in Thiersee within a one-hour walk. Also at the ski resort Wilder Kaiser you will find many illuminated toboggan runs, e.g. Astberg in Ellmau or Hexenritt and Moon toboggan run in Söll.
Indoor and outdoor – in and around Kufsteinerland you have countless opportunities for leisure activities on sunny and rainy days.
