Indulge in our regional specialities and culinary delights. Our chef and his team attach great value to get the best flavour out of seasonal produce. Your hosts, Sabine and Thomas, are both passionate hunters. Therefore, the venison we use in our cuisine comes from our own preserve at the Wilder Kaiser mountain range.
